I can do all this and so much more!

There are so many little details that go into making the day a success!

You did all the planning, let me handle the big day so you can just relax and enjoy it.

You shouldn't be working on your wedding day!

 

I can help with writing the timeline and then making sure we stick to it. I can run the rehearsal so everyone knows where to go, at what time, what to do, how to hold their hands/flowers, who to hug, how to place your rings on, remind your Officiant (if it's not me of course lol) to move out of the way when you kiss so the photographer can get a better photo, help with the recessional and all that fun stuff!

 

Then on the big day let me pick up breakfast/brunch, bring it to you and get it setup. You have to make sure to eat! One of my wedding day rules is no passing out until you're in bed that night haha!  I'll also have my wedding emergency kit with that has a ton of extra supplies in it including 20 clear umbrellas, but if there's something else you end up needing, I can go to the store and grab it for you!

I've been sent for everything from a specific hairspray to coffee, ice and a gallon of Tito's!

 

I put in all my coordination contracts that no reasonable and legal request will be denied on the day of!

I'll be the main contact for your vendors so no one is bothering you with questions all day. I'll show them where they need to set up and make sure they have everything they need. Need the cake or desserts picked up? I've handled 15 dozen doughnuts and 5 gallons of cider at once! (My car smelled amazing that day lol!)

Your venue doesn't offer cake cutting? I have food safe gloves in my emergency kit!

 

I'll make sure all the candles are lit and that your cake topper is in the right spot. I'll  annoy you by asking if you've drank enough water, eaten enough and went to the bathroom. I'll cue everyone when to walk down the aisle and make sure you look fabulous when doing so. I'll have tissues handy for those happy tears. Need the guestbook moved from the ceremony to reception? I got you! I can make sure Aunt Janet doesn't have too many drinks before dinner starts. Having a child-free wedding and someone shows up with their toddlers? I have no problem telling someone that they need to leave if you want me to! Divorced parents that can't stand each other? I can make sure they stay separated and don't cause any issues by being childish. (Yes, some people are actually ridiculous like that unfortunately!)

I'll point wandering guests with cards in their hands to the card & gift table or show them where the bathroom is. Want to have a drink in your hand pretty much the whole night? I'll make it happen! I'll keep things on schedule and handle any issues that may arise. Let me carry your plate from the buffet so you don't risk getting your expensive outfit dirty. Someone won't stop talking to you and you need to get away? I'll totally come save you lol just give me that look!

I can make sure you have food and cake packed away for when you're starving later that night. After the party is over, I can help with take down, cleanup, packaging of your décor and gifts and making sure they get loaded into the designated vehicle.

 

I've even helped load a bride or two into a vehicle when needed! No judgement from me!

I definitely needed help leaving my first wedding ages ago lol.

Day of Coordination plus setup and takedown starts at $900.

Price depends on driving distance, time and services needed.
